Got up late today and read this article in the newspaper about service in the stores in Gainesville.
No mention of TQM, Total Quality Management, that I learned about in a Department of Continuing Education Program at the University of Florida.
Thought about writing a letter.
I'm taping Florida's loss to Arkansas on Saturday. What a close game. If only Taurean Green could have known there was a player behind him at the end of regulation, we would have won. I'm sure he was looking to get fouled, instead someone was behind him, Ronnie Brewer, I think, and came up and stole the ball.
Then we had a chance again after one of the foul shot was missed after Arkansas had missed a shot and we were called for a foul on the rebound. But Taurean decided to drive the basket instead of taking the outside shot. He hadn't made any points on driving the basket all day, that's why I think an outside shot, a 3 pointer would have been a better idea.
